  • Awareness and growth-based services

The Platform’s role is limited to:

  • Discovery and listing
  • Booking facilitation
  • Payment enablement
  • Communication infrastructure
  • Platform management and operational support

HappinessCue® acts solely as an intermediary technology platform.

The Platform is intended for:

  • Guidance
  • Awareness
  • Wellness-oriented engagement
  • Personal growth and development

The Platform is not designed or intended to function as:

  • An emergency response system
  • A medical institution
  • A psychiatric support service
  • A crisis-intervention service
  • A suicide-prevention service
  • A substitute for licensed healthcare or emergency support

2. No Medical, Clinical, or Healthcare Services

HappinessCue® does not provide:

  • Medical advice
  • Psychiatric diagnosis
  • Clinical therapy

Experts on the Platform are independent service providers.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise by the individual Expert and independently verified by the user, no Expert should be assumed to be:

  • A medical practitioner

The Platform is intended for:

  • Guidance
  • Personal growth
  • Coaching
  • Mentoring
  • Wellness-oriented support

3. No Therapist-Patient or Fiduciary Relationship

Use of the Platform does not create:

HappinessCue® does not:

  • Guarantee crisis-management capabilities of Experts
  • Guarantee immediate response availability
  • Guarantee suitability of any interaction for urgent situations
  • Control Expert opinions or methods
  • Guarantee compatibility between users and Experts
  • Guarantee the accuracy or effectiveness of advice

Experts are expected to act responsibly and ethically, but remain independently responsible for their conduct and professional judgment.

Users engage with Experts entirely at their own discretion and risk.

Any decisions, actions, or interpretations based on Expert interactions remain solely the responsibility of the user.


7. No Guarantee of Continuous Availability

The Platform does not guarantee:

  • Immediate access to Experts
  • Continuous availability
  • Instant responses
  • Real-time monitoring
  • Emergency escalation support
  • Uninterrupted communication systems
  • Error-free functionality
  • Compatibility across all systems or devices

Users acknowledge that:
