This Gift Card Policy explains how HappinessCue Gift Cards work — purchasing, sending, redeeming, validity, and what happens if a Gift Card is not redeemed in time.

What a Gift Card is

A HappinessCue Gift Card is a redeemable code, purchased by a Client for a recipient of their choice, credited in full to the recipient's HCUE Wallet upon redemption. The recipient can use their Wallet balance towards any expert session booked on the platform.

Purchasing and delivery

When you purchase a Gift Card, you choose the value, the recipient's name and email address, and an optional personal message. The recipient receives an email with the Gift Card and a link to view and claim it — they do not need an existing HappinessCue account to see what they've received. If they don't yet have an account, they can create one; once their email is verified, the Gift Card is added to their Wallet automatically.

Validity and expiry

Each Gift Card has a validity period, shown at the time of purchase and on the Gift Card itself. If a Gift Card is not redeemed before it expires, its value is not automatically returned to the buyer's Wallet or refunded in any form — the unredeemed value is retained by HappinessCue. HappinessCue may, at its sole discretion, extend the validity of a specific Gift Card on a case-by-case basis; this is not guaranteed and is not a right the buyer or recipient can invoke.

Final sale — no refunds or cancellations

Gift Cards are final sale. Once purchased, a Gift Card cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged for cash — under any circumstance, including if the recipient has not yet redeemed it. Please double-check the recipient's details and the amount before completing your purchase.

Redemption

A Gift Card can be redeemed once, in full, into the recipient's Wallet. Partial redemption is not supported. Once redeemed, cancelled, or expired, a Gift Card code can no longer be used.
