Premium Plans Terms of Use
1. Overview
HappinessCue offers optional, paid Premium membership plans for Clients and Experts, providing additional features and benefits beyond the free tier of the Platform. Available plans, their pricing, and their included features are displayed on our Upgrade page at the time of purchase and may be updated by HappinessCue from time to time.
2. No Feature Is Permanently Free or Premium
Consistent with HappinessCue's platform design principles, the specific features included in any plan are configurable by HappinessCue and may be added, removed, or moved between plan tiers over time. The features applicable to your plan are those in effect at the time you view your account, not necessarily those in effect when you first subscribed, save for pricing already paid for a current billing period.
2A. Your Entitlement Is Fixed for Your Paid Term
If you are an active Premium subscriber, you will continue to receive every feature that was included in your plan at the moment you subscribed, for the entire duration of the term you paid for — even if HappinessCue later removes or changes that feature for new subscribers. You will not lose something you already paid for partway through your term. Equally, if HappinessCue adds a new feature to your plan after you subscribed, you may not automatically receive it until you renew into a term where that feature is part of the then-current offering, unless HappinessCue chooses to extend it to existing subscribers.
3. Subscription and Billing
Premium plans are billed on the cycle selected at the time of subscription (for example, monthly, quarterly, or yearly). Once our payment gateway is live, charges will be processed automatically at each renewal unless you cancel auto-renewal before the renewal date.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future auto-renewal but does not refund the portion of the current billing period already paid, except as described in our Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
5. Premium Expert Benefits
Premium Expert benefits may include, without limitation, enhanced profile visibility, featured placement in search results, a custom/vanity profile URL (subject to our profile URL change rules), advanced analytics, and priority support. A Premium Expert's visual "premium" indicator on their profile denotes membership tier only and must not be understood, and must not be represented by any Expert, as reflecting a higher quality of guidance, a higher rating, or endorsement by HappinessCue.
6. Premium Client Benefits
Premium Client benefits may include, without limitation, priority booking, advanced search filters, extended session history, priority customer support, and additional saved-favourites capacity, as described on our Upgrade page at the time of subscription.
7. Fair Use
Premium features are provided for your own individual or professional use on the Platform and may not be resold, shared across multiple accounts, or used in a manner inconsistent with our Terms of Use and Community Guidelines & Code of Conduct.
8. Changes to Plans and Pricing
HappinessCue may change the price, features, or availability of Premium plans from time to time. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide advance notice of material changes affecting active subscribers before their next renewal.
