How HappinessCue works
One-to-one online sessions with independent Experts, booked and paid for on HappinessCue. Here is what you can book, what it costs and how it reaches you.
What you can book
A one-to-one session with an independent Expert, by video or voice call, in one of these areas:

- Emotional & Mental Well-Being
- Career & Professional Growth
- Spiritual & Holistic Guidance
HappinessCue offers guidance, mentoring and coaching - not medical, clinical or therapeutic services.
How a session works
- Find an Expert in the area you need and choose a time they have free.
- Pay for the session on HappinessCue. Your booking is confirmed as soon as the payment succeeds.
- Join the session from your dashboard at the booked time.
- After the session, you can leave a rating.
What a session costs
Each Expert sets their own fee for a session, between ₹250 and ₹9,999. You see the full fee before you pay.
The fee an Expert shows is the full price of the session: no GST is added on top of it.
A platform fee of ₹18 per booking is added at checkout. It includes GST.

For a session priced at ₹250, the checkout shows:

Delivery
- Sessions are delivered online, by video or voice call, at the time you booked. Nothing is shipped.
- Your booking is confirmed, and shown in your dashboard, as soon as your payment succeeds.
- Your session opens in your dashboard 5 minutes before its start time.
- A Premium plan starts as soon as its payment is confirmed - or, if you already have one, the day your current plan ends.
Paying
You pay on HappinessCue through a licensed payment gateway. HappinessCue does not store your full card or bank account details.
