Registering as an Expert has a couple of extra steps compared to a Client account, because we verify every Expert before they appear publicly.
Registering
You'll register with your name, email, mobile number, a password, and — importantly — the subject(s) you want to offer sessions in. Your category is derived automatically from the subjects you choose, so pick them carefully; you can always add more later.
Verification documents
As part of registration (and any time afterwards, from your Verification page), you can submit:
- ID Proof (mandatory) — a government ID of your choice (Voter ID, Driving Licence, Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Other) plus the file itself.
- Education Certificates (optional) — you can attach more than one file.
- Qualifications / Education (mandatory) — a short text description.
- Professional CV (optional).
- Up to four Social / Portfolio links (optional) — LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, or another platform of your choice.
Every document you submit is reviewed individually by our Admin team. You can see the real, current status of each one — Pending Review, Approved, or Changes Under Review if you've resubmitted something that was already approved — from your own Verification page at any time. If something is rejected, you'll see the reason given and can resubmit.
Documents you mark as public (like your Qualifications, CV, and Social links) only appear on your public profile once they've actually been approved — never before.
Approval
Once your application (profile plus documents) is approved by Admin, your account flips to active and your profile becomes visible in Discovery and bookable by Clients. You'll also need to verify your email before you can be discovered or booked, same as a Client.
GST registration (if applicable)
If GST capture is enabled on the platform, you may also be asked for your GSTIN. This is currently a real format/checksum-validated field reviewed by Admin — ask support if you're unsure whether this applies to you.
