You don't need a HappinessCue account to ask for help. The Help & Support page has a real contact form that works whether you're signed in or not.
Submitting a request as a guest
Fill in your name and email address along with your subject and description — the same minimum requirements apply either way (currently a subject of at least 5 characters and a description of at least 20, both admin-configurable), and you can optionally attach a single file, up to the platform's current upload size limit (2MB today).
What you get back
You'll receive a confirmation email straight away with your ticket's reference number. From there, you're kept updated by email at every real stage — when our team responds, when it's marked resolved, and if it's ever closed or reopened — the same events a logged-in raiser sees, just by email rather than in-app or SMS, since there's no account to notify that way.
Tracking your ticket without logging in
That same confirmation (and every update) email includes a private tracking link, unique to your ticket. Following it shows your ticket's real, current status and the full conversation with our team, with no login required — it's the link itself, not something guessable like your ticket reference alone, that makes this safe. This tracking page is read-only: you can see everything, but replying or closing a ticket is a benefit of having, and being signed into, an account. If you need to add more information, either register or log in, or submit a follow-up request.
A safeguard for sensitive categories
For certain categories (billing-type requests, for example), if the email you type actually matches an existing registered account, you'll be prompted to log in first instead of continuing anonymously — this protects against someone using an email address that isn't really theirs to submit a request that looks like it came from that account's owner. If you genuinely want to continue without logging in, you can choose "Continue Anonymously Instead" on that prompt.
If you register later
If you go on to create an account (or verify your email on an existing one) using the same email address you submitted a guest request with, any guest tickets under that address are automatically linked into your new account the moment your email verifies — you don't need to do anything, and you'll get a one-time notification confirming what was linked.
Guest submissions are rate-limited the same way logged-in ones are — currently 4 within a rolling 24-hour window, tracked by your IP address rather than an account — a safeguard against spam, not something a genuine one-off visitor will ever notice.
