The bell icon in the top navigation is your Notification Center — a running log of updates about your bookings, reviews, tickets, and more. It works the same way whether you're a Client or an Expert (Admin has its own equivalent).

The bell icon

A small badge on the bell shows how many notifications you haven't read yet. Click it to open a dropdown of your most recent ones — the count refreshes automatically every so often, so you don't need to reload the page to see it update.

Marking things read

Clicking directly on a notification marks it read and takes you straight to whatever it's about. If you'd rather clear everything at once, use "Mark all read" at the top of the dropdown. There's also a full "All Notifications" page, linked from the bottom of the dropdown, showing your complete history.

Where notifications link to

Each notification is tied to the real thing it's about — a specific booking, a support ticket, a review, your wallet, a verification submission, and so on. Clicking one takes you directly there rather than to a generic page.

You only ever see your own notifications — Clients, Experts, and Admins each have their own separate, private list.
