You'll see a clear notice both before and during your session reminding everyone that the session is confidential — here's what that actually means.

No recording, by anyone

Recording, screenshotting, or otherwise capturing a session — by either party — is strictly against our policy. You'll see this stated plainly on the pre-join screen and as a small badge throughout the session itself.

A genuinely private connection

Sessions run on our own self-hosted video/audio platform, connecting only you and the other party directly — there's no third-party recording tool, no separate app, and nothing being captured or stored by the platform itself beyond what's needed to run the call.

If you believe this policy was broken during a session, raise a complaint directly from that booking's own page (see How to Raise a Support Ticket) — our team takes this seriously.
