This is the one thing worth understanding clearly before you rely on Session Documents: uploading a file does not automatically give anyone — including you — ongoing access to see it afterward.
Why it works this way
Session Documents are handled more like a secure drop-box than a shared folder. By default, nobody has standing access to view or download a document just because it's attached to a session they were part of. This is deliberate, given how sensitive some session-related material can be.
How access actually happens
If there's a genuine reason someone needs to see a specific document — you, the other party, or our Admin team — access is granted individually, for that specific session, by our Admin team. You'll be notified if you're granted access to something.
What Admin can always see
Our Admin team can access any Session Document at any time, for support, moderation, and compliance purposes.
