After a session, your Expert can write up a structured Session Note — a genuine, ongoing record of what was discussed, kept alongside that specific booking.
What a note covers
Every note has three core sections your Expert always fills in: Session Focus & Themes Discussed, Expert Notes & Observations, and Recommendations / Action Points. Depending on how your Expert (or the platform) has things configured, a note may also include additional optional sections — things like suggestions for a next session, a short summary, or other notes.
It only ever grows
A Session Note isn't a single document that gets overwritten — each time your Expert adds to it, that's a new, separate, timestamped entry. Nothing already written is ever edited or removed; the note is a genuine running history, not a draft.
Who can see it
Both you and your Expert see the exact same content — there's nothing hidden from either side. See Writing a Session Note and Viewing & Downloading Your Session Notes for how each side actually uses this.
