Sometimes it's useful to attach a real file to a specific session — intake paperwork, a worksheet, a reference document. Here's how that works.

Who can upload

Both Clients and Experts can attach documents to a session, from that booking's own page, while the session is active or already completed.

What's allowed

Accepted file types currently include PDF, Word documents, and common image formats (JPG/PNG) — the exact list is shown on the upload form itself. There's also a limit on how many documents can be attached per session (a higher limit applies for Premium accounts), also shown on the form.

Every file is checked

Every upload is automatically scanned before it's accepted, the same way any file uploaded anywhere on the platform is — this isn't specific to session documents.
